Your Itinerary

3 nights in Okavango Delta

Today you’ll start your Botswana safari by jetting into Maun, considered the gateway to the Okavango Delta. Here you’ll enjoy a short charter flight into the Delta and arrive at Baines’ Camp, your base for the next 3 nights.

The Okavango Delta is the largest inland delta in the world and offers vast expanses of pristine wilderness, as well as some special game-viewing throughout the year. Enjoy game drives, guided walks, mokoro excursions, and a whole lot more.

Enjoy a private dinner under the African stars – the perfect way to start an evening under the African sky.

Sanctuary Baines’ Camp

Set in a tranquil tree grove, and surrounded by papyrus beds, the camp is built on high above the Boro River in a private concession bordering the Moremi Game Reserve. Sanctuary Baines’ Camp has just six luxurious suites with star baths and sky beds on their private deck.

2 nights in Chobe National Park

Today you’ll leave the Okavango Delta behind and enjoy a short charter flight from Baines’ Camp to Kasane Airport, where a quick road transfer will take you into Chobe, and onto Sanctuary Chobe Chilwero.

Chobe National Park is widely considered one of the best places to view elephants en-masse. Experience morning and evening game drives in open 4×4 vehicles, bringing you closer to the boisterous herds as they play and drink at the waterhole and along the river. You’ll also likely see hippo, buffalo, and puku antelope gathering to drink, and may even get the chance to see lion and leopard!

Enjoy a sundowner cruise with drinks and canapés, then retire to the main dining area for a delicious meal overlooking the waterhole.

Sanctuary Chobe Chilwero

Sanctuary Chobe Chilwero is a lush riverside retreat bordering Chobe National Park and enjoys fantastic views over the Chobe River. The lodge has 14 wellappointed suites and full spa. Relax at the pool, unwind with a spa treatment or enjoy the gourmet food the lodge has been recognised for.

2 nights in Victoria Falls

Today you’ll depart Chobe and enjoy a short transfer to Sanctuary Sussi & Chuma which is situated along the Zambezi River and is close to Victoria Falls.

Victoria Falls is truly a spectacular sight! As one of the world’s largest waterfalls, Victoria Falls forms a natural border between Zambia and Zimbabwe and stretches across two kilometers into a sheer gorge over 100m below. This UNESCO World Heritage Site offers so much: adventure activities such as kayaking, white-water rafting, and bungee jumping, as well as more leisurely pursuits such as sunset cruises, game viewing, and market visits

The elegant and shaded deck offers fantastic bird’s eye views across the river. Meals are served in the open air, making this an African dining spectacle.

Sanctuary Sussi & Chuma

Named after Dr. David Livingstone’s faithful friends Sussi and Chuma, this little piece of heaven is in one of the most beautiful parts of the Zambezi. Just 12 Sussi treehouses set amid Jackalberry trees and Phoenix palms, provide supreme views with exclusivity. All these beautifully appointed Suites are connected by wooden walkways.
