The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the largest natural calderas in the world, and it is rich in animal and birdlife; indeed, it provides one of the highest concentrations of game in Africa.
Enjoy one full day crater tour as well as a guided nature walk, taking in the flamingo-filled salt lakes, lazy rhino at the edges, large tusked elephants and rangy lions looking for their next meal. As Lemala Ngorongoro Tented Camp is situated close to the eastern access road, Lemala guests enjoy an hour’s head start over others on the crater floor.
