Depart Kilimanjaro Airport and arrive at scenic Lake Manyara Serena Lodge, a comfortable safari lodge situated against the backdrop of the towering Mto wa Mbu escarpment and close to the scenic Lake Manyara National Park. This exceptional lake is home to over 300 migratory birds which include huge flocks of greater and lesser flamingoes, pelicans, storks and other water birds.
After game drive excursions, relax and unwind around the pool, enjoy a drink at the poolside bar or simply enjoy the spectacular views of the lake.

Head from the Serengeti towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, which is home to the largest natural caldera in the world, the Ngorongoro Crater. Enjoy a full day’s Crater tour, and witness the sheer number of animals in this exceptional setting; one of the highest densities in Africa. During the Green Season (December – March), the Crater is less crowded and the lakes are filled with migratory birds, making it superb for photography.
The Crater is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the diverse landscapes within – plains, lakes and forests – offer truly unique game-viewing opportunities.
On your final day, you’ll drive out to Arusha where you’ll enjoy lunch and then fly out from Kilimanjaro Airport.
